In addition to the B&B Casa in Laguna we have a good accomodation in a small and elegant apartment, right in the heart of Venice at a short distance from St. Mark's Square.

The Corte Lucatella Apartment, fully restored, is an ideal place for couples or families willing to "live" Venice in a quiet and comfortable way thanks to its location in a private courtyard but at the same time in a central position.

Very close to the Apartment there are a lot of typical shops, cafès, bars, restaurants and pizzerias; a few steps there are some supermarkets.

Modernly and functionally furnished, the Corte Lucatella Apartment has a small but fully-equipped kitchen, a nice dining-room, a comfortable bathroom with shower, a large and well-exposed bedroom.

Services: 1 large bed, 1 single Bed, 1 sofa-bed, TV, sheets, towels, kitchen ware, microwave, hair-dryer, private heating, air conditioning, internet WiFi.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
It is necessary to communicate the exact time of arrival.

Check-in: the Apartment is available from 1.00pm to 8.00pm.
In case of delayed transport check in after 8.00pm costs 20 euro.

Check-out: it is necessary to leave the Apartment not later than 11.00am

PRICE: the price is from 80 to 160 Euro/night, it depends on the season and number of people.

The High Season is from 1st of April to 31st of October.

Low Season: January, February, March, November, December.

Carnival, Easter, Christmas are included among High Season
periods.

Cleaning at departure is included.

In the Apartment there is only one bedroom so it is suitable for 4 people only if they are 2 adults + 2 children.
